The next installment of the Grand Annex Arts Saloon is just around the corner. This Thursday, April 2nd, to be precise.

The Huffs (Emily and I) are hosting and the featured music act will be the Team Taiko Drummers featuring professional drummer and instructor, ManManMui.

fINdings Art Center, in collaboration with Grand Vision’s Annex Arts Saloon, presents artworks curated by Henry Krusoe. Henry Krusoe is an Otis College graduate and has been an Angels Gate Cultural Center resident artist since 2019, creating multimedia artwork spanning analog and digital formats. This month's featured artist is Corita Kent.

5-8PM. No-host open bar. Outside food is welcome. Hope to see you there.

It's time to enjoy another laid-back evening of music and art at this new First Thursday event, with your hosts, local musicians Chris and Emily Huff (The Huffs), featuring live music by musicians from the San Pedro Musicians Directory and art by fINdings Art Center.

Local musician Dustin Case will be the featured act for March. He brings the best of two musical worlds, known for both his heartfelt acoustic storytelling and raw punk energy. His acoustic sets carry a lyrical and vulnerable essence, while his fierce stage presence and aggressive vocal style embody the spirit of Los Angeles punk.

fINdings Art Center, in collaboration with Grand Vision’s Annex Arts Saloon, presents artworks curated by Henry Krusoe. Enjoy a laid-back First Thursday evening of music and art. Emily and I are the featured artists for this month's Arts Saloon. We'll be playing covers and originals as well as doing a few solo tunes. Henry Krusoe's curated art show features Joyce Kuhl and Larry Lebow. Doors open at 5PM; music starts at 6:30PM. The Art Saloon is presented in partnership with fINdings Art Center and Arts United. Emily and I will open with a couple of tunes at 6:15. LuCa will play 2 sets (6:30-7:10 and 7:30-8) with Emily and I squeezing in a short set from about 7:10-7:30. The Southern California-based LuCa is the talented duo of Lupe Montiel and Carlos Rodriguez. They'll perform some fun pop tunes infused with jazzy twists along with holiday favorites and covers of hits by Fleetwood Mac and CCR. Lupe also happens to be Grand Vision’s Music Education Program Coordinator.

Emily Huff and I return to the Grand Annex in downtown San Pedro, CA, for the next monthly installment of the Grand Annex Arts Saloon. Live music and art displays in one location. Can't beat that! Food trucks on the street and the bar will be open. Bring your food in and enjoy the evening. Adriana Nicole & Neo (blues-infused jazz) are the featured act.
